    Michael Foot has announced the availability of BeebIt 0.62, the BBC Micro computer emulator for RISC OS systems. BeebIt emulates the Acorn BBC Model B, BBC Model B+ and BBC Master range of computers. BeebIt will now run on all RISC OS computers, including the A9Home, Beagleboard and ARMini.



     

    MathMagical Software have announced that Iconizer II will be available at the MUG Midlands Shows for purchase, a new copy is available for £35 or £10 for an upgrade from a previous version of the software.



     

    The A7000+ Portable 6759 Reads hardware

    As recently featured on popular tech site Engadget, IT Guru "Sam" from Derbyshire has managed to put together the 'A7kP', yes, a portable A7000+, it's not quite a laptop but you have to admit, it's pretty darn sexy.

    The RISC OS Midsummer Mug Show takes place on Saturday 9th July 11:00am - 16:00pm at St John's Church Hall, 205 Warwick Road, Kenilworth CV8 1HY.

    Entrance fee is just £3 and free for children.

    The entrance fee also entitles you to entry in to the prize draw where you can win either a copy of !1st by Serious Statistical Software or !rotor! by MUG's very own John Rickman.

    Software Round-up 6413 Reads applications

    Quite a lot has happened in RISC OS land since the last MyRISCOS update and I could go on forever about R-Comp's new ARMini computer and of course the nifty little beagleboard, but here's a nice little round-up on the software side of things.
